NEW funding has become available for for health and wellbeing projects in and around Millom.
The town's Integrated Care Community (ICC) has announced the launch of a new Community Fund for Millom and the surrounding area - stretching from Waberthwaite to Duddon Bridge.
Those seeking the funding have until the end of the month to submit their applications.
A spokesperson from the ICC said: "We are inviting voluntary groups or community organisations to put in bids for Health and Wellbeing projects up to the value of £500.
An application form will be required to be completed with a full description of your proposed project and a panel will decide which projects will be taken forward.
