A CUMBRIAN health trust is seeking patient feedback after months of temporary changes to services.

During the pandemic, there have been a number of changes to services in hospitals, GP surgeries and in the community across the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust.

These changes were made in response to the risks posed by the pandemic, meaning that Bay Health and Care Partners (BHCP) services moved to covid-safe sites and introduced new ways of working.

The BHCP have launched a Let’s Talk online space to explain what’s happened and hear people’s experiences.

Films about these changes, questions and more information can be found by visiting the website at: www.letstalkmorecambebay.uk.

Jerry Hawker, Chief Officer at MBCCG, said: “It is really important that we gather as many views as possible from our patients, carers and the public too. By sharing your views you can help to shape your local health and care services for the future.”
