CHARGES: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A PENSIONER will appear before magistrates on Tuesday charged with historic sexual offences.
Robert David Talbot, 80, of Mountbatten Way, Millom, is facing three charges dating back to the 1960s and 1970s.
All three charges allege that Mr Talbot committed indecent assaults on a teenage girl in Cumbria.
He is alleged to have committed the offences in Cumbria between 1969 and 1972.
It will be Mr Talbot’s third court appearance relating to the charges after a previously court hearing in August was adjourned.
