COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates' in Barrow
A BARROW man has been fined and given a community order following a guilty plea to charges of disorderly behaviour and assault of police officers.
Shaun Nelson, 25, of Ainslie Street was given a fine of £80 and had to pay compensation of £50 to both officers at the Emlyn Street incident dating back to June 18, 2020. South Cumbria Magistrates' also heard Nelson would have to undertake 150 hours of unpaid work in 12 months.
