Furness General Hospital is part of the nominated trust
A HEALTH trust that serves Cumbria has been shortlisted in the National Diversity Awads 2020.
The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust (UHMBT), who operates Furness General Hospital, has been shortlisted for the ‘Diverse Company Award’.
Despite more than 64,000 people and organisations being nominated, and126 nominees being recognised, UHMBT is the only shortlisted NHS Trust and the winners will be announced at an event at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral on February 26, 2021.
