South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow
A WARRANT issued for the arrest of an 80-year-old man charged with historical child sexual assaults has been withdrawn.
Robert Talbot, of Mountbatten Way in Millom, is accused of three indecent assaults on a girl under 13 in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
He failed to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court last week.
The court has now withdrawn the warrant due to him being in hospital.
