Temperatures to soar
TEMPERATURES are forecast to soar across the country from today - with highs of 24 degrees for South Cumbria.
Barrow, Dalton, Ulverston and South Cumbria are set to experience temperatures around 24 degrees from 1pm as sunnier temperatures hit nationwide.
By tomorrow morning, however, the warmer climate is forecast to cool drastically, dropping ten degrees in some areas overnight.
For Barrow, Saturday morning will see highs of 17 degrees around lunchtime with a slight chance of rain in the early morning.
By Sunday, temperatures are set to drop even further across South Cumbria to 14 degrees in the early hours of the morning, forecast to raise to 16 degrees by lunchtime.
