THE visitor centre at Bowness-on-Windermere has reopened to the public after being closed amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Lake District National Park Authority (LDNPA) announced the Glebe Road building had reopened on its Twitter page.
An LDNPA spokesman said the visitor centre had helped millions to explore the Lakes over the years and that the centre team was 'all set for another summer season'.
