AN INQUEST is due to take place following the death of a man from Barrow.
Anthony Slone, 81, died in Barrow on January 11, 2020.
The hearing will look into how his death came to be by going through evidence provided by the relevant parties involved.
The inquest is due to take place on June 18, 2020, at 11am.
Taking place at Cockermouth Coroner’s Court, the inquest is estimated to take an hour.
The coroner will be Dr Nicholas Shaw.
The purpose of an inquest is limited to establishing four key things: the identity of the deceased as well as where, when and how they died.
