South Cumbria Magistrates' Court at Barrow.
A MAN has been remanded in custody after he denied assaulting a woman.
Daniel Nigel Miller pleaded not guilty to a charge of assaulting Jenna Dougan on May 28.
He is also accused of using threatening words.
The 32-year-old defendant, of Brook Street in Barrow, will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
