A590 blocked after vehicle fire guts car
A SECTION of the A590 was closed for hours after a car set on fire.
The Jeep was gutted by the fire after its set alight at around 4am near to the roundabout at Meathop.
The section of road was blocked while debris was cleared away.
Pictures show the vehicle completely destroyed by the fire.
Police said no one was injured in the incident.
Officers were called out to the scene at 4.15am. The road reopened later on.
