BARROW parkrunners Kay Sutherland, Tony Moore and Chris Moore reached their 50th run, and Simon Barton achieved his 100th.

First to finish for the males was Andrew Dorrian from Hoad Hill Harriers in 16.51, in second place was David McNally from Leven Valley Athletics Club in a new personal best of 18.11 and in third place was Joe Turner with a new personal best of 18.22.

First to cross the finish line for the females was Tyga Steele in 20.53, in second place was Amy Singleton from Walney Wind Cheetahs in 21.24 and in third place was Karen Maggio-Poyntz from Walney Wind Cheetahs in 21.42.

Millom parkrunners enjoyed the post-run warmth of the cafe.

Striding into first place was Rob Overton from AcreStreetRunners in 27.41, in second place was John Shelvelan ifrom Black Combe Runners n 29.28 and in third place was Jon Bailey from Black Combe Runners in 29.32.

Achieving first place for the women was Wendy Craik from Millom Striders Running Club in 41.55, in second place was Reina Schaffer in 47.51 and in third place was Dawn Attwood from Millom Striders Running Club in 48.37.

Fell Foot parkrun saw an impressive 21 personal bests recorded.

In first place for the men was Graham Smith from St Albans Striders in 19.01, in second place was Chris Moran in 19.13 and in third place was Spencer Moran in 19.21.

In first place for the women was Kim Baxter from South Yorkshire Orienteers in 21.13, in second place was Alicia Newing from Sedbergh School Running Club and in third place was Michelle Crowley from Ambleside AC in a new personal best of 21.47.

Over 22% of runners at Ulverston's Ford parkrun achieved a new personal best.

In first place for the men was Anthony Lomas in 19.30, in second place was Leven Sopwith from Hoad Hill Harriers in a new personal best of 20.13 and in third place was James Maher in 21.08.

In first place for the women was Jessica Bailey from Leven Valley Athletics in 20.06, in second place was Sandra Garnett from Walney Wind Cheetahs in 22.52 and in third place was Joanna Bailey in 25.15.

All parkrun organisers thanked their volunteers who make the Saturday events possible.
