A RESIDENTIAL care home in Millom is ready to raise much needed funds for Dementia UK.
St George’s Residential Care Home is set to bring together colleagues, neighbours, friends and families whilst raising money for more dementia specialist Admiral Nurses.
The fundraising coffee morning will be held on March 21, which coincides with the care homes' open day to maximise the visitors.
The dementia specialist Admiral Nurses give life-changing support to families facing dementia.
The nurses provide the specialist support that the families require when things get challenging or difficult.
They work alongside the families affected by dementia and give them compassionate one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions, allowing families to face dementia with more confidence and less fear.
