Try something new and learn to relax with Meditation for Busy People in Barrow.

The class aims to change your attitude from negative to positive by learning special meditations on compassion and wisdom.

The class is suitable for everyone, and practical advice will be given out to anyone who asks.

These weekly classes focus on how to meditate and they use Buddhist understanding in a bid to solve daily problems.

Each of the classes will consist of two guided meditations and a talk.

Light refreshments will also be available.

Classes are every Thursday at 7.30-9pm in the Gateway Room at The Forum, Barrow.

The classes work on a drop-in basis, so there is no need to book in advance.

Each class costs £5 to attend.
