A HISTORIC town centre shop is due to be sold at auction.
The Garners hardware store in Rawlinson Street in Barrow is expected to be sold on February 20.
It has been listed with a guide price of £25,000.
Auction House Cumbria described it as a ‘spacious property in a prominent and central location on the fringes of Barrow town centre’.
The auction will take place at Ulverston’s Coronation Hall, starting at 6.30pm.
Viewings are due to take place on January 30.
