South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Barrow-in-Furness
A BARROW man will be asked to explain why he still owes £765 in court fines imposed five years ago.
Ryan Newman, of Egerton Court, will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The 27-year-old was fined £765 by the court in February 2015 but has failed to pay the amount owing.
Magistrates can give him more time to pay or impose a punishment.
