CASH: Money to support social care in Wales.
A BARROW man is due to appear in court having failed to pay court fines dating back 25 years.
Graham Keith Rigg, of Fenton Street, was given a fine of £1,367.47 in 1995.
He is due to appear at the fines enforcement court at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The 56-year-old will be asked to explain why he has failed to pay and magistrates can take action by giving him more time to pay or imposing a punishment for failing to pay the amount owing to the court.
