WE asked readers which venues host the best children's parties. Here's what you had to say...

1. PlayZone, Custom House

If you want a party where everything is sorted for you then PlayZone is the ideal choice with the option of a bear building party. Minimum guest is 10 at a cost of £9 per head. This includes invites, play, food, games, a cake and a party bag. Extras include face painting, foil balloons and food for adults.

One parent said: "Had my daughter's 3rd birthday party there. Highly recommend it. Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us. My little girl had the best time with her friends while us adults could relax and enjoy the party too. And of course no tidying up."

2. Little Subs, Barrow
