A MAN from Barrow has appeared in court accused of unlawful and malicious wounding.
Nathan Robert Haughin, of Ramsgate Crescent, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
The 41-year-old has been charged with unlawfully and maliciously wounding Daniel Lafferty in Barrow on December 10 of 2018.
Haughin, who was represented in court by Trystan Roberts, is also said to have committed the offence because of racial motivation.
He was granted unconditional bail until January 10 when he will appear at Preston Crown Court.
