BLUSTERY: The Met Office has issued a warning for wind
THE Met Office has issued a weather warning for strong winds.
The yellow warning is in place from 5am until 5pm on Tuesday December 10.
Heavy winds are set to hit Cumbria.
Motorists and road-users are being warned to take extra care and allow more time for a journey.
Cumbria County Council said: "Please take care when travelling during these times.
"High-sided vehicles will be travelling slower.
"Please allow more time for your journey."
