AFTER seeing all the Liberal Democrat adverts all over the place it’s about time somebody spoke up for the Conservative candidate, local man James Airey.
James was born in Kendal. He is dedicated to this area. He would be the best MP
we’ve ever had. He would fight to get us a Northern relief road. People complain about global warming. So what about all the vehicles that stand on Windermere Road, Sandes Avenue, Shap Road and all the traffic that comes through Burneside?
Most of this traffic is trying to get to one of the six industrial estates, all the garages, the biggest school complex, sports complex and the biggest shopping complexes.
All these are on the northeast side of the town with two ways to get there: Shap Road or Burneside.
I know this election is about Brexit but if we get an MP who loves the area he would do everything he can to make this part of Cumbria worth living in.
Also he would be able to walk into No. 10 and ask for the money to succeed in his plans for the Westmorland constituency.
He would contact the relevant health authorities to see what it will take to get
Westmorland General Hospital back to what it used to be – with an A&E unit, heart unit, baby unit and a full cancer unit.
Kendal’s hospital could be a great hospital again just like it used to be, because all the staff there are great.
James will be here for everyone.
