CLOSED: Lanes End, Haverthwaite
A ROAD is closed to allow for emergency repairs to be carried out.
A leaking oil cable at Lanes End in Haverthwaite is being repaired by T and K Gallagher.
The road was closed on Saturday to allow for the repair works.
Cumbria County Council's Highways department said the road would be closed for six days.
The section of road connects the A590 and The Causeway.
The road, the C5024, is set to re-open on November 20.
