A WALNEY man has denied causing criminal damage.
Jack Rimmer, of Tyne Road, has been charged with causing criminal damage to a uPVC door belonging to Christopher Clark to the value of £1,200 on May 6.
Mr Rimmer, 28, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court in Barrow on Wednesday when he pleaded not guilty.
He admitted an offence of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Mr Clark on the same date.
Mr Rimmer was granted unconditional bail and will go on trial at the same court on November 19.
