NEIGHBOURS: Eamont Close on Walney
A PENSIONER from Walney has denied harassing her neighbour by calling him a pervert.
Margaret Linda Nelson, of Eamont Close on Walney, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
The 70-year-old is accused of harassing a man over a period of six months by repeatedly calling him a pervert and a thief and of damaging a garden fence.
Nelson denied the harassment charge and will go on trial at the same court on November 26.
The criminal damage charge was withdrawn by the prosecution.
