Folk: Merry Hell group
A FOLK rock band is coming to Coronation Hall on Saturday 18 October.
Founded in their native North West of England, Merry Hell is a folk rock band with a history, a pedigree and a bright future.
Their first three albums found favour with critics, broadcasters and music fans alike.
Gerry Colvin will also be performing.
Born in Barrow-in-Furness, Gerry joined pop band The Man Upstairs who toured with The Smiths.
He also co-founded and fronted the legendary John Peel favourite Terry & Gerry.
