A WALNEY man is due to appear in court accused of a public order offence and causing criminal damage.
Jack Rimmer, of Tyne Road, has been charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Christopher Clark in Barrow on May 6.
The 28-year-old is also accused of causing criminal damage to a uPVC door to the value of £1,200 on the same date.
Rimmer is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on Wednesday.
The court listing states the alleged offences are considered to be racially aggravated.
