Historic town centre shop to be sold at auction
A HISTORIC town centre shop is due to be sold at auction.
The Garners hardware store in Rawlinson Street is expected to be sold on October 31.
It has been listed online for £40,000.
Auction House Cumbria describes it as a "fabulous opportunity to purchase the historic & well known Garners Hardware store located on the fringes of Barrow town centre.
"Spacious premises in a prominent & central location."
The auction takes place at Ulverston's Coronation Hall.
