A POPULAR project supporting fitness and good mental health has returned.
Beat the Stigma, was set up by Dan Webber from Kick Off 4 in collaboration with Furness Catholic Amateur Boxing Club.
The course was originally run as four weekly classes running throughout July and was held at the boxing club.
The aim of the course was to use sport as a way of combatting social isolation by bringing people together to exercise whilst also having fun at the same time.
Now the course is back and is set to become a regular fixture at the boxing club.
The class cost £2 and will be running at 8pm every Tuesday.
Proceeds go to Mind in Furness.
