A MAN who failed to provide a specimen of breath when asked by police has been given a curfew.
Marc Wood, 41, of Gloucester Street in Barrow, appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court.
He admitted failing to provide a sample on August 5. He also admitted driving without insurance and without a licence in Barrow’s Cornerhouse Park.
Magistrates sentenced him to a 36 month driving ban. They also placed him under curfew 8pm and 6pm for the next 18 weeks.
