TENANT: The empty unit in Dalton Road
AN empty town centre unit has a new tenant.
The empty shop in Barrow's Dalton Road has been let by estate agents Piell and Co.
The unit lies between Cash Generator and Angel Nails and Beauty.
A sign on the unit says the shop space has now been let.
It is listed online as being for sale for £125,000 and for rent for £12,500.
Piell and Co described it as a 'prominently located shop, arranged over ground, first and second floors, situated close to the entrance to the Portland Walk shopping centre'.
