FLORAL tributes have been left on the doorstep of a Barrow pensioner’s home where he was allegedly murdered.
Taxi driver John MacMillan was found dead at his home in Provincial Street in Barrow last Tuesday.
Mr MacMillan’s son, 28-year-old Jonathan MacMillan, was arrested on suspicion of murder.
The road was blocked off while investigators combed the property and surrounding area.
Jonathan MacMillan is due to appear at Preston Crown Court tomorrow.
The police cordon in Provincial Street was removed on Friday and floral tributes have since been placed on the front doorstep.
