A MAN from Barrow has been found guilty of assaulting police officers.
Mark Heighton, of Marsh Street, assaulted PC Dan Craig, and damaging his glasses, and assaulted PC Daniel Knowles on March 17.
The 32-year-old was given a 12-week curfew from 8pm-6am and ordered to pay £300 costs, £75 compensation to PC Knowles and £140 to PC Craig.
