PROGRESS about Barrow's new bingo hall will be shared at an event next month.
Work to convert the former Kwik Save on Holker Street is progressing and it has now been revealed Barrow's Paul Holland is returning to his hometown to manage the Opera Bingo site.
He will be in Barrow market on June 7 to chat to the community, talk about the concept behind it and the plans going forward.
He will also be offering people to sign up for free membership.
Daryl Davidson, head of Operations Graves (Cumberland) Ltd, said “ It’s a superb opportunity for Paul who comes with a wealth of knowledge in the bingo world and has been working in some of our other locations to introduce himself prior to taking up his position as manager in Barrow."
