TOMMY Robinson has spoken exclusively to the The Mail about his hopes for the European elections.
The controversial figure held a rally tonight outside The Forum but was met with protests by various groups.
Mr Robinson, 36, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has served prison sentences for offences including assault, contempt of court and fraud.
Previously, Barrow’s independent MP John Woodcock said: “This fraudster and serial thug has a list of convictions as long as your arm and doesn’t stand up for anyone except himself.
“Mr Yaxley-Lennon’s bid to become a Member of the European Parliament is just the latest attempt to get a platform for his message of hate and division."
