SPORT: Ulverston Leisure Centre is hosting a Bank Holiday sport fun day on Monday 27th May.
The leisure centre will hold various sports including mini tennis, badminton and table tennis.
Starting at 11am and finishing at 3pm - the event will be designed to get children involved with new sports they may have not been introduced to.
Mike Callister, recreation assistant at Ulverston Leisure Centre (right), said: "We want to get these kids off their handheld tablets and games, and exercising on their Bank Holidays - it might be a new hobby for them.
"It's £1 per person and we advise to ring ahead to book a spot on: 01229581123."
