South Cumbria Magistrates' Court at Barrow.
A MAN has been given a £195 court bill after admitting possession of Spice.
Andrew Derek Pell, 36, of Egerton Court, pleaded guilty to having the drug on February 21 when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates Court.
He was fined £80 and told to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.
The drugs will be destroyed.
