IS there any better alternative use of a garage than to convert it into a bar?
The owners of a Barrow house recently put on the market think so as sales pictures of the property reveal.
The two-bedroom house in Longlands Avenue, priced at £164,950, includes a cleverly converted garage which has been turned into a cosy bar.
Complete with snug chairs and bar stools the home bar looks out onto the back garden.
The house is being marketed by Corrie & Co and includes an impressive modern kitchen and a futuristic-styled bathroom.
The property also has a sunroom used as a dining room.
Corrie & Co featured the bar on their Instagram page and captioned it: "A garage in its past life, this outbuilding has been stylishly redecorated and made into a great outdoor sitting area."
