MEET Elfis...

He is The Mail elf leading readers on a magical Christmas journey around Barrow, Furness, Ulverston and Millom.

Each day as we count down to Santa’s visit, The Mail staff will be taking their new friend with them around the area in search of the perfect shot.

Readers can get involved by reading The Mail and following the clues to guess the location all in the name of advent and celebrating the variety of our landscapes. The answer will be published the following day.
