A BARROW man has been given a suspended prison sentence after failing to pay £1,503 imposed by the courts six years ago.
Richard Stephen Payne, of Broad Close, promised to pay at a rate of £5 a week.
The 29-year-old was given a 34-day suspended sentence for failing to pay the fines to date.
