A BARROW man has been handed a curfew after admitting benefits fraud.
David Alfred Lee, of Bolton Street, pleaded guilty to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of an improvement in his mobility which he knew would affect his entitlement to PIP.
He was given a 10-week curfew from 6pm to 6am and ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.
