ATTACK: The car park between Portland Walk and Duke Street
TWO teenagers are said to have spat on people from the top of a multi-storey car park in an alleged racially-aggravated assault.
Officers have launched an investigation following the incident. which happened on October 18 at around 5.30pm.
Polices said the teenagers spat on people walking along the footpath between Portland Walk and Duke Stret while stood on the upper level of the nearby multi-storey car park.
After spitting on passers-by, they are said to have shouted "racial remarks" at them. Witnesses can contact police on 101 with information.
