MICHELIN-star chef Simon Rogan has announced a new collaboration with Cartmel Racecourse.
Rogan & Co at Cartmel Races, which will be based in a glass-fronted marquee and garden terrace overlooking the home straight, will be launched for the 2019 racing season .
Simon, who has Rogan & Co and highly-acclaimed sister restaurant, L’Enclume, has two Michelin stars to his name.
Steve Cooper, Managing Director at Cartmel Racecourse said, “We’re hugely excited about bringing together the restaurant and the Racecourse through this new venture to create something really special here at Cartmel.
"We knew that we wanted to create an excellent dining experience with a truly unique setting. With Rogan & Co based just a stone’s throw from the Racecourse, it seemed like the perfect opportunity."
