Police investigating serious assault in Kendal
POLICE are investigating a serious assault that occurred in the early hours of Sunday at the top of Finkle Street in Kendal.
Witnesses are being sought to the 2am incident in which a man was allegedly assaulted by another man. Both are in their mid 20s.
A police spokesperson said that prior to the assault the pair were having a discussion when two women intervened and began speaking to the two men. It is alleged that one of the men has then punched the other causing him to fall to the ground.
Anyone with information should contact the police quoting log 43 of October 28 2018.
