WHARTON Barry Robert (Sam) Devoted partner and best friend of Dawn, son of the late Ella and Tom. Brother of the late Tony, cousin of Tricia, Martin and Robert and a good friend to many. Friends please meet for a service at the Trevelyan Chapel, Dalkeith Street on Thursday 11th April at 1pm, family flowers only please and donations if so desired for Cancer Research UK may be sent via the Little and Caine website, enquiries to Little and Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow. Rest well my old friend . I was going to try to see you in May.. We had some great times together when we were lads. MY deepest sympathies go out to Sams family and friends . My trip to Barrow will not be the same now you and Oggie are gone. RIP Sam.

Met Sammy when we were 15 and have been mates ever since he was one of the best men you could know so funny and friendly to everyone
