YOUNGSTERS served up a real treat as Barrow schoolchildren travelled to the north of the county for the Multisport Festival in 2016.
Schools from Barrow took part in the county finals at various venues around Carlisle including the Sands Centre and Bitts Park.
On July 12, Cumbria School Games Multisport Festival saw Georgia Cooper, from St Bernard’s School in Barrow, take part in the table tennis competition.
Abbie Viceroy, also from St Bernard’s School, also competed in the table tennis and put on a great show against her opponents.
Marcia Copeland and Joseph Riley from Holy Family School were also there to take part in the contest’s orienteering event.
The day brought people together from across the county.
