GREEN Malcolm Sue, Lucie and Alison would like to thank St Mary's Hospice at Home Team and night staff Jaqui and Stella, Sarah and the Macmillan Nurses, Dr Mohan and Norwood Medical Centre and Jayne Sayer and the Oncology Team at Furness General Hospital. We would also like to thank all our family, friends and neighbours for all the lovely cards, flowers and letters we have received. Thank you to Fr. Manny for the lovely service and Little & Caine for all the arrangements.
