LANCASTER (nee Hollywell) Rita The Lancaster girls would like to thank all family, friends and neighbours for all their kind words of sympathy and support through the sad time of their beautiful mum's passing. We would like to thank all the special people that helped us; Doctors and Nurses, Sue and Gemima from FGH. Thank you to Debbie, Sarah, Mark, Emily and all the District Nurses caring for Rita, and a special thank you to Dr Joliffe and Reverend Martin Williams. Thank you to Paul, Duncan and the staff at Little & Caine. Thank you
