BROCKLEBANK Guy The family of the late Guy Brocklebank, would like to thank all family, friends and colleagues for the cards of condolence, flowers and overwhelming support and kindness shown at this very sad time. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at St Mary's Hospice for their loving care, the excellent support given by the Rosemere Centre, Preston. Thanks to Sue and Sarah of the Macmillan and District Nurses for their expertise and kindness. To Rev'd Martin Williams, and all at St Paul's Church, for the comforting service and wonderful tributes made to Guy. Thank you to the Fairfield for the refreshments and to Helen and the staff of Little & Caine for all the arrangements.
