DOUGAN Stephen Aged 60 years, passed away peacefully on 8th June 2021 at the Royal Preston Hospital. Loving son of the late Joe and Muriel, brother of Barbara, Derek, Margaret, George and the late Tony, loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.
