POLICE are asking for help to find a man who assaulted a teenager following a verbal dispute outside a takeaway in Bowness-on-Windermere.
At 2:15am on Sunday October 2, a male, believed to be in his 30's, punched a 17-year-old boy in the face outside Lakeland Charcoal Grill takeaway in St Martin's Place, Bowness-on-Windermere.
The suspect, who could be from Bolton, is believed to be staying in a hotel in the Windermere area.

He has been described by police as a white male in his 30's with short dark hair.
At the time of the incident, he was with a woman who had long blond hair and was wearing black clothes. It's thought that the pair were having a night out in Windermere.
The couple were last seen walking towards Kendal Road immediately after the incident.
